£50 enquiry fee: credited or refunded. Group enquiries of 8 or more people carry a £50 enquiry fee. It comes off your booking when you book with us. If we can't find you any options, we refund it straight away.

Is the price I see the price I pay?
Yes. Every price includes all mandatory fees, like pet and cleaning fees. Nothing is added at checkout. Optional extras such as a travel cot are shown separately if you choose them.
Do you accept one-night stays?
Yes. There's no minimum stay on our side. Some properties set their own minimums, and search only shows stays that are available for the nights you choose.
Can I bring my dog?
Plenty of our stays are dog friendly. Add your pets when you search and we'll only show stays that accept them, with the pet fee already in the price.
When is my booking confirmed?
After payment, we secure your stay with the property and email your confirmation. Your booking page shows the live status. We never show 'confirmed' until it really is.
Can I cancel?
Our rates are non-refundable, as set out in our booking terms (effective 6 December 2023). Please check your dates before you book. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
